Remembering J.D. Salinger
J.D. Salinger,acclaimed author of the book The Catcher in the Rye,died on Thursday. He was a very private person who adamantly protected the rights to his work. I found an interesting article online that shows the handwritten letter J.D. Salinger wrote explaining why he refused to let the book be turned into a movie.
